Around 2000 a man named John Cramer
began crafting by hand this timber frame house meticulously reflecting the natural scars and stories of the trees. He and his
giant draft horses cut and milled all the
wood and built the shell of this timber frame house.
Unfortunately, he was over 70 when he
started building the house so he did not
live to see its completion. In 2022 I was
looking to start a new life and I came
across this house. Along with my partners Joe Ayers
and Kenny Kent we began the long process
of finishing this gem,
blending history with comfort.
There have been a few other
helpers along they way to help complete
my dream and I am very thankful for all
they have helped with. List includes Jacob,
Sammy, and Gary. This project could not
have been completed without their
dedication and efforts.
